Tetra Pak, a leading company in food processing and packaging solutions, will be exhibiting at the 46th edition of SIGEP – THE WORLD EXPO FOR FOODSERVICE EXCELLENCE, the International Exhibition of Gelato, Pastry, Artisan Bakery and Coffee, which will be held in Rimini from January 18 to 22. At the booth (Hall C2, Stand 041), it will be possible to discover Tetra Pak’s complete solutions for ice cream production and also taste the latest formulations, in line with global market trends, including plant-based ice creams.
The event is an ideal opportunity to show the industry Tetra Pak’s most innovative solutions in the field of ice cream production. Visitors will, in fact, be able to experience first-hand the brand’s complete range of state-of-the-art equipment. During the event, it will be possible to view ingredient dosing solutions, thanks to which ice cream professionals can offer the best possible taste experience to their customers. In addition, visitors will be able to get into the details of the more technical aspects thanks to the display of stand-alone freezing units, 300-liter closed-top batch mixers designed to efficiently produce a wide range of food products, from ice cream toppings to vegan spreads, and the pumping station, intended for pumping liquid ingredients for ice cream lines that offers the versatility needed to respond to rapidly changing consumer trends.
Finally, during the five-day trade show, Tetra Pak will offer a special must-attend tasting experience dedicated to a new formulation of plant-based ice cream, an alternative as light and tasty as traditional dairy-based ice creams.
