The 10th edition of Beer&Food Attraction, organized by Italian Exhibition Group in Rimini from February 16 to 18, 2025, will emphasize the bar industry, with a 30% increase in exhibition space for Mixology. Supported by strong market growth – spirits sales increased by +7% in 2024 compared to 2023 and +112% since 2019 – the event will feature a dedicated Mixology Village in Hall C1, showcasing premium spirits, bar tools, and accessories. The Mixology Circus, now in its third edition, will offer exclusive cocktail creations, masterclasses, and demonstrations by top international bartenders.

A new Sparkling&Mix area will also debut, focusing on sparkling wines like champagne, prosecco, and spumante in mixology.

Event Highlights:

  • Stella Artois Draught Masters Italia: For the first time, the national finale of Stella Artois’ prestigious beer-pouring competition will be held on February 17.
  • Horeca Trends & Food Sector Focus: The event will showcase ready-to-eat products and full-service technologies for fast casual dining, including competitions like the Italian Culinary Championships and the Global Chefs Challenge European Gran Prix 2025.

Beer&Food Attraction runs alongside the BBTech Expo (processing and packaging technologies) and the International Horeca Meeting by Italgrob, making Rimini the hub for food, beverage, and hospitality innovation during these dates.
